This is the deal between you, the creator, and Creavela (operated by NexAxis). Plainly: you bring the audience, we build and run the business.
We build your branded storefront, source the products, host the store, take the payments and pass orders to our fulfilment partners.
Your brand, your name, your logo and the content you provide remain yours. You grant us only the right to use them to run your store.
Your audience and your promotion. Claims you make about the products must be truthful — we cannot control what you say off-platform.
A platform commission is taken on each order; the rate in force is shown in your dashboard and is capped at 50%. Your share accumulates in your wallet and is paid out according to the payout terms in the dashboard.
Each email address holds a single store.
You may stop at any time, with no notice and no fee. We give 30 days' written notice before closing an account, except where fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal content or an unpaid balance requires acting immediately. Your storefront then goes offline; your brand, name, logo and customer list stay yours; you can export your customer and order data for 30 days; a domain you own stays yours; orders already placed are fulfilled or refunded; matured earnings are paid on the ordinary payout terms.
Earnings from an order mature once it is delivered, not when the customer pays. Paying earlier would mean paying on orders that can still be refunded, and that money would have to be recovered from you afterwards.
If an order is refunded or charged back after your earnings were credited, the corresponding amount is reversed from your balance. If the balance is insufficient, it is carried as a negative balance and offset against future earnings — it is never invoiced to you separately.
You may end this agreement at any time, with no notice and no fee; we give 30 days' written notice, except where fraud, chargeback abuse or illegal content requires acting immediately. On termination you keep your brand, your name, your logo and your customer list. Your storefront is taken offline; a custom domain you own remains yours and can be pointed elsewhere.
There is none. You may sell elsewhere, on your own site, or on any marketplace, at the same time as running a Creavela store.
Earnings move in three steps. They are credited as pending when the customer pays. They mature — that is, become withdrawable — once the order has been delivered and the safety hold has elapsed; that hold is the window during which a refund or a chargeback can still take the money back. Where a carrier never confirms delivery, which happens on long international routes, an order that has been shipped is presumed delivered after a fixed delay and the hold runs from there, so nothing stays frozen indefinitely. Two cases are excluded from that presumption: an order that never shipped, and an order cancelled or lost at the supplier — those owe the customer a refund, not you a payment. The delays currently in force are shown in your wallet.
