Creavela builds and operates a branded online store for you: product sourcing, storefront, payments and order handling. You bring the audience and the brand.
Plans are paid up front as a one-time payment. There is no free tier. Amounts are shown before payment.
Each email address may hold a single store.
Products are fulfilled by our sourcing partners. Delivery times depend on the partner and destination.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself.
Plans are a one-time payment, taken before work begins. There is no free tier. The plan buys the construction of your store and continued operation of the platform under it.
A working, published storefront with the catalogue agreed with you, payment processing, order transmission to fulfilment partners, and the tracking of those orders. We do not promise sales, traffic, or any level of revenue, and any figure shown on this site is an illustration, never a forecast.
Catalogue prices are built from supplier cost plus the platform margin. You may add your own markup within the ceiling shown in your dashboard. We may change platform margins or supplier partners; changes apply to future orders, never retroactively to orders already placed.
You are responsible for the brand, images and text you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, or that would put the fulfilment partners in breach of their own rules.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful content, or non-payment. [TO COMPLETE — notice period and what happens to a store on termination].
We are liable for our own failures to perform. We are not liable for supplier delays, carrier losses, customs decisions, or the commercial success of a store. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced to account holders by email before they take effect.
